We had very specific requirements when it came to the choice of windows for our renovation. The windows had to be sympathetic to the existing house windows, they needed to be double glazed for both temperature control and noise reduction and finally they needed to be operated remotely. Tim was fantastic and provided us with a wonderful solution that ticked all those boxes. On top of that the price was very competitive. The build was also challenging but Tim managed the installation well. We are very happy with the final result. There were some issues with the timing of delivery which did cause complications however these were due to Covid restrictions and China lockdown so I have ignored them for the purposes of the rating.
