Fantastic Furniture Helensvale
Good prices, terrible service. Went in with hubby this morning excited and ready to buy a couch. This was our first store to look in, we were hoping we could purchase something quickly as we didn't have a lot of time and we weren't fussy. After being in the store for 15 minutes (standing close to several sales people) we still hadn't been greeted. When we needed to ask a question at the desk we were treated like we were an inconvenience and barely got any eye contact. A simple hi how are you?" or "how can we help today?" would have gone a long way. At the least a smile or friendly tone of voice. Feeling a little frustrated we left and went to Amart and James Lane. Service was actually "fantastic" there."

Okay store, plenty on display, but lack stock. Quality not always great and Ikea may be a better quality option for certain items.

Fantastic Furniture Helensvale
Service was terrible.... Staff wasn't well trained. Called up 3 times to make sure delivery was on the day I wanted but instead, it was booked for the next day. How can you mixed that up? I purposely took the day off to make sure I was home. Have to change plans because of that. And when I called up, they were saying there's nothing they can do about it. So I'm paying for the mistake that they made.

Very pleased with the customer service from the guy at the collection area today around 2pm. I wasn’t able to fit the box into my car, so he unwrapped it all for me so I could fit it all in unboxed. Took the time to help!

Excellent serviceMy friend needed a dining table and lounge suite. We spent a good hour yesterday trying out lounge suites and dining tables.The staff there were so helpful and their service was great.I would highly recommend this shop.

Fantastic Furniture Helensvale
Went in there today and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to come and approach me re an item I wanted details on. Gave up and approached the counter to see and hear four staff members all discussing drinking at some function.Not the first time I’ve had poor service here. Went in two months ago with my son who wanted seven items, staff couldn’t have been less helpful or interested. They look bored and uninterested in customers regularly. Unfortunately the furniture we wanted wasn’t available elsewhere so we had no option to purchase from this store.

Fantastic Furniture Helensvale
Poor customer service went into buy a new dinning table the customer service rep just pointed to where we could find the dinning section. No interest in helping. Did not find anything as there was a small selection of tables. Ended up walking out and went to amart furniture.
