Great Post Office with really friendly and helpful staff.Me and my partner needed to send off some important documents close to their closing time we called ahead and they said no problems come in and we’ll sort it out for you.They helped us fill out the forms and send them in time.Will come back here in future for all our postal needs.

Miss the old owners who useTo look after the customers so much and stop for a small chat when they could.The new ownership have destroyed this once awesome family run business into nothing and only going to keep sliding down hill, avoid this post office/ Tatts place they got no idea now since they taken over from Adrian, Angela and Tina plus the smiles of Steph.

Best service I've had in Melbourne since the 12 years um in Australia. Adrian is a very helpful person who will move mountains to get you the services you need.Do not hesitate to ask as the staff in this shop as tgey are the best!!!!

11 years since i met Adrian to open a PO box.Everything about this business and the people are exceptional! Friendly, helpful , fabulous customer service - nothing is too much for them. I am forever indebted for all the help and kindness shown to me other the last decade.. A rare thing in such an impersonal world. Thank you

Only writing this review based on my experiences (as well other people I know who have used this P.O). They have overcharged on postage multiple times. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after hearing some feedback from others who had the same issue, I looked into it and found they were definitely charging more than they should have. Make sure to be aware when posting off items. I highly recommend that you check on the Aus Post website first or just get familiar with postage costs like I have done just to avoid getting ripped off.

The staff there are really friendly and will gladly help you with anything. Also have great customer relationship, as they remember me now that I've gone a few times. One of the best local aus post in this area.

I went here to return my ASOS returns. They gave me a receipt and emailed it. Put labels on the package & had me sign. All done, right?Three days later and my ASOS return has been returned… to my house. Now I need to make another trip to another post office to get them returned. Waste of a trip, not happy with this.

Missing the previous owners who knew what they were doing and what customer service it.The current Chinese owners have downgraded a once great little shop to a place where customers go to get poor service from staff with little or no patience. They do not speak except to give answers and forget about getting a greeting.You really should look into another line of work or get your act together.I for one will forever avoid your store unless absolutely necessary.
