Its the place bunnings recommends for those storage things you cant find elsewhere. Having said that service is hit and miss and some products cab be unexplainably really expensive

Very impressed with both the service and after-sale service of the Fortitude Valley store. The staff helped me access a product that was on the website but they did not have in stock. Their efforts and kindness pleasantly exceeded what we would normally expect. We would definitely recommend them.

Extremely helpful staff - every time I visit. they are patient and make good suggestions. Jackie has been especially great. If I had problem with a product the problem was sorted quickly and efficiently , no fuss.

The Valley store is very helpful and customer focussed. We purchased a product which was faulty and they were extremely helpful in offering an exchange product or refund, without the need for the receipt. Kristen went well above and beyond with her customer service in resolving the issue.They also had another stock item which they did not hold and phoned their Aspley branch and had one put aside for us.Well done to the entire friendly team with their customer service.We will be back.

Excellent Customer Service, extremely helpful staff. I purchased a garage storage solution from this store, went back there to replace a few items after a couple of weeks; staff happily exchanged the goods and helped me to make the best choice. Staffs were genuinely interested to help.
