Was asked to put in an offer on 22 Koala crescent by a 7:30pm on 27/03 by Phong Ho. Attempted to call at 7:10pm same day and tried to put in an offer but was unable to make contact only to find out the house had moved to UNDER CONTRACT without any further communication. Vendor has now missed out on substantially more money and not giving his client the opportunity to maximize their outcome is very poor business. Initial contact was made at 4pm 27/03 which means I was given 3 hours to respond although that time frame is completely unreasonable I responded inside the requested timeframe with a higher counter ready only to not be responded too.Would not be using Barry Plant if you want the best outcome for your property.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend. Was called at 4pm to state a property we were interested in got an offer. Got told we had until 7:30pm to make an offer and if we did it was likely to go to a table auction the next day as advised by Phong . I’m a shift worker not able to have my phone on me, as soon as he could my husband made contact with me to advise, and we were going to make a counter offer. My husband called Phong at 7:08pm and there was no answer. Phong knowing where we stood and knowing he gave us until 730pm we assumed he’d know why we were calling. No response at all, only to see the property under contract online the next morning still no response from Phong. Rang and asked to speak to the owner of Barry plant to raise our complaint only to get a hostile phone call from the office manager Marinella informing me we were in the wrong as we didn’t txt Phong our offer despite that not being mentioned to us are all.They are taking no fault at this mishandled situation and are looking to point the blame so they don’t look bad to the seller. Still have not heard from the owner despite being told I would. Very disappointing for the seller as they’ve potentially missed out on an offer that was substantially higher then what they got. Also if you just filter reviews to one star this isn’t the first time this has happened under Phong. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

My rental property has been in the hands of Barry Plant for 4 years I was reasonably happy with the service that I got however a while back a lady by the name of Ramona took over the rental department and I couldn't be happier to give 100% of her time to the tenant and the owner of the property, myself, and I would recommend anybody who is wanting to have their property rented to use Barry Plant specifically because Ramona is very caringThank you Ramona
