Very quick and efficient service. Definately recommend.Brought my gaming laptop in because it was very slow and freezing randomly. I brought it in an hour before closing, and they had it fixed and sorted in a 1.5 business days.They are a lot quicker than other services I used, and their prices are definately better. Don't expect an entire PC fix for under $100, but it's definately reasonable for peace of mind.Would definately use again if my partners PC has issues.

My laptop screen suddenly lost it's brightness which resulted in a black screen and my keyboard needed replacing due to a broken key. I needed the work carried out urgently. Shane replaced both my LED screen and keyboard within 5 hours of me dropping it off. Amazing service and reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending Promedia Tek.

Plasters your device with all of business details - who gave you permission to do that? Very expensive - price seemed to double. I'm so shocked that you were a Vincenza Puppet as well. I must have searched you online....Ohhh..that's how Vincenza Fazzalori is tracking so well. I don't know how she continually finds the smart ones.

Great experience buying my new desktop. Shane talked through my needs and built up a new desktop for me. My new PC runs like a charm and is super quick. Pricing was very reasonable, and much better than the big names. Plus I have the advantage of a local go to guy" if I have any issues down the track. Highly recommended."
