TAG Heuer

I have had some of the best customer service as a consumer from Tag Heuer PAC Fair and specifically Savannah. Her passion for learning more about my tastes and communication with upcoming launces has been something I have never experienced before.I couldn't recommend Savannah enough!!

Worst product and customer service. I've wasted over $8000 on a so called premium watch with a massive issue that makes it unusable for me. From the day dot I've complained and wanted to return the watch because of its noise issue". This mechanical watch makes noise to the level people around me notice and wakes me up at night

Rude and indifferent service.I currently own an IWC Big Pilot. I wanted to purchase a TAG smart watch because of good reviews online. Entered the store and no one there. Called out and eventually found the assistant talking on the phone. She waved at me, while she chatted with her friend. I waited 5 minutes and then gave up and walked out.If this is the service quality before I buy, I am worried about the service after I buy.

VIP treatment from the second we walked in the door to look, until we exited the shop with a new watch. Sams a champion, friendly and knowledgeable- cheersFast forward 2 years. I ring today in regards to having a watch serviced and a question regarding the new connected. The male staff member was rude, couldn't be bothered talking to be due to being short staffed" - we were about to drive down from Brisbane to get 3 watches serviced and buy another - so easy to win then lose a customer."

Wow, spoke to Tiffany a couple of times this morning. What a lovely helpful girl. I had a question about a watch that was in for repair, and she phoned me back almost immediately with the answer. I so so miss great customer Service, but Tiffany you have renewed my faith. Keep up the good work, it’s really appreciated.

Had a great watch buying experience at this boutique on a number of occasions. A great team headed by a very dedicated Manager , Azra, who makes me feel like a valued customer whenever I visit.On more than one occasion, Azra and Monika have gone the extra mile to source special editions for me. Thanks to you all for looking after me on my latest purchase's of the Limited Edition Monaco and Fujiwara F1. Great watches and great people.

I love my Tag watches. My mum who is 86 has been admiring one of my Tag watches for some time. I decided to go to Tag at Pacific Fair and have the band adjusted to fit her.Paul the sales assistant spent quite a bit of time with us, adjusting the band size for Mum. When I asked “how much” he said “it’s part of our service”.Such a terrific experience! Thank you Paul.

The lovely lady served me and my two sons well. Wasn’t shy about getting watched for us to try on and talk through the range. Might be back for one if my son graduates with top grades! Don’t be shy about going in, they are very accommodating.

The staff are very friendly great customer service. You should visit there and see for yourself.
