Not happy Jupiter have been going to Lancelin Medical Centre for over 20 years and today went in to get pre admission bloods done and Chris who is about the only nurse and a good one at that, I know who can get blood out of me isn't there any more! I knew before the young girl even tried it would be a non event. Tried 3 times. Not happy. You've lost a great nurse Jupiter!!

Last week I book an appointment to get my bloods done, thinking it was to see the doctor as normal, and then go to Chris for bloods, but instead I got sent to a practioner nurse named Annie, I was a little put out as I needed to see the doctor to get a referral, To day I booked an appointment for a home call for my husband, for prescriptions to be renewed and he gets a call from Annie to renew the prescriptions my husband also wanted to speak with the doctor about some thing else. Not sure what's going on, but it's not good enough

Front desk reception woman named Chris was SO rude and abrupt..... worst customer service in such a lovely town. Left, in pain, without seeing a doctor due to her unbelievable attitude. Seriously, woman.... get a new job since you clearly hate the one you are in now!

Left the premises very upset. Dr Young was so rude and unprofessional. The receptionist was very friendly and booking was painfree.
