Chocolate and Cream

I ordered a 40th birthday cake and it was the most delicious creation ever. We had people asking for seconds and there was literally one piece left at the end of the night! Saskia offered advice about getting the cake home, storage before and after the party.Wish we could give more than 5 stars and will definitely be using Saskia again.

A pamphlet was delivered into my letterbox so thought I would support local small business,Placed an order for my son's birthday only two days prior to when I wanted it, was no hassle at all, very easy going and cake was a red velvet covered with chocolate ganache, kitkats were all around the side of the cake and maltesers were all over the top, wish I knew how to upload photo to this as it looked visually outstanding,would definitely recommend for a special occasion.

I recently ordered a cake for my husbands 40th Birthday. His favourite cake is Chocolate Mud- now normally I would have made myself, but wanted something super special and that is certainly what Saskia delivered. The cake was superbly presented and flavour was out of this world!! For any special occasion cake I know where I will be getting in future!!!! Thanks Saskia- Leah

My cake was made exactly as requested. It was very easy to discuss to convey the detail for cake decoration and the end result was superb.The cake was absolutely so delicious.Recommend chocolate and cream.

Saskia's cakes taste so good. I definitely recommend ordering from her as she will make it look and taste so good. Knowing what most of her cakes are like I know they are made with appreciation and care.

My daughter was getting married in September and I happen to be on Facebook and while looking at Redlands Job Board, recommendations for cakes was one of the topics There were a lot of different companies and places recommended. I looked at Chocolate and Cream website as I wanted something a bit different for my daughter. I am not a fan of Mud Cakes and neither are my daughter and son in law. I chose a Red Velvet cake but emailed Saskia Kleijn to see if she could make a Black Forest Cake. Saskia rang me back saying she could make a Red Velvet/Black Forest cake as she explained that the cream would go off on the Black Forest cake. She explained that she would put the cherries in the cake and White Chocolate Ganache instead of the cream and then cover the cake with White Chocolate Ganache and then put a layer of Dark Chocolate Ganache over the cake. I wanted White and Milk Chocolate Roses on the cake and a Chocolate plaque. It turned out to be a very elegant cake as you can see by the photo and on the night of the wedding we had so many people comment on how beautiful the cake looked and tasted. If I ever need another cake made for a special occasion I will definitely call Saskia Kleijn from Chocolate and Cream.Diane Legros
