The staff were so friendly and helpful. Able to get us in same day. Didn’t even wait very long in the waiting area. So sweet and kind to my little baby he felt so comfortable the x-ray was able to be done very quickly. Could not ask for anything more.

Frustrated and annoyed! If it was a simple xray the late cancellation notice wouldnt matter but when you have to take hours off work and prep for a test only to have very little notice to cancel is frustrating!* 1st attempt - 30mins prior to appointment received call to cancel no staff to do test.* 2nd attempt - As I was about to walk in received a call to cancel machine failure.FYI: You can use your referral at other diagnostic imaging clinics, would recommend going elsewhere.

Had to wait as I was early and they were a bit busy but, very nice helpfull and pleasant people throughout my whole visit. It was the first time I had been there, I will definitely go back again if needed.

I really enjoy going to lime radiology and some of the staff are very professional. But you do get the ones that are quite rude especially today when I was sorting out my appointments the lady I was speaking to was helpful but also rude especially when she hung up on me. Other than that they are very nice.

What a great experience! They fit me in on the same day for an ultrasound when I explained I was FIFO with a tricky schedule. Bianca and Angelica the sonographers were so warm and personable. I got all the images to my phone within a couple of hours. Very impressed with everything!

September 2017. I needed an urgent ultrasound and XRay. I rang, was kindly helped and had my tests within a couple hours. Good attention, especially from the young radiologist and the ultrasound specialist. Bulk billed.

At Lime Radiology Margate last week. When I made the appointment by phone the young man I spoke to was very nice and tried his best to juggle things so I could have two scans done in succession. This didn't work out for me but he did his best, for which I was grateful. Staff courteous. Technician, nice, which in turn made me comfortable with the scan. Minimal waiting, barely had time to open my book! Another appointment with Lime in Margate. Dr Lim really lovely.

Unbelievably bad once again. Injection staff wasting time in full view of everybody and people like us having to walk out after lies about waiting times. Obviously overbooking for profit. Avoid like the plague!!! Many other imaging clinics much better than this. I feel sorry for the poor reception staff who cop the flack.

I dont recommend this practice. Rude staff, incredibly rude booking staff, I had to ask a young ultrasound technician to stop speaking to me in such a nasty manner. In fact several of the ultrasound techs are beyond rude. Then you're forced to wait over two weeks for your report. They bully customers by not supplying reports. And its pointless complaining... you get a passive aggressive email from the Chief MIT for the effort. They dont give a dam about customers. Go to QScan.

Wow, some negative reviews totally amazed me. I have had to go there several times in the last 3 years and cannot praised then enough. Great place great people!
