Really depends on who is managing the store. Some months will be really stocked up and neat other times empty and messy. It is such a shame as it is such a busy store. Plans for the moki area and meat department didn't end up looking like what was planed too I feel? Staff moral bring it up!! ♡♡ people have bad days and sometimes rely on a friendly smile and hello when come to collect their weekly groceries. People shop mostly same time and day of the week and will often see the same staff member each time. Acknowledgement to the customer's :)

Best coles around has got everything and more, local shopper who has been coming in for years, staff member Dan who works in Dairy has been especially helpful and always greets me with a polite smile, would love to see him around more often.

Why do Coles at Pacific Pines have birds flying around in their shop? First off yuck and 2, that's not hygienic to have birds just flying around your shops. I won't be going back there ever again.

Love the self serve mini checkouts! Has most stuff we need- a lot of empty shelve a lately but staff are always nice. Deli- a lot of meats look old or of poor quality.

I know its difficult times but shopping at 5:30pm is not possible anymore. At least at Wollies they leave some stuff outside until 5pm so I can still feed my family when going shopping after work. I even tried to shop at Coles during my lunchbreak but that was the same empty shelves.

The new Coles is a great addition to Pacific Pines. Very modern and full of light, love the DELI with the fridges from floor to ceiling showing all the goods and the bakery is lovely also. Plenty of parking under or in or top. Great to see parking for seniors.

Never ever keep enough meat on their shelves!!! I’m sick of coming here and it’s just empty shelves. It’s not when a supply chain issue … 3pm on a Saturday and there is no mince, no chicken breast (unless you want to buy bulk) It’s a joke!!! Woolworths all the way… you are an embarrassment Coles Pac Pines!!!

I don’t think it is appropriate for male staff at pacific pines coles to be parading around in skirts and top hats around young children whilst we shop. Coles you should have some company dress rules in place, this behaviour shouldn’t be condoned by your company. I don’t take my young children to Mardi Gras and I don’t expect for them to see it at coles!
