Jack helped us with an 80s shower that was showing signs of a slow leak. He was very organised, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the work required and explained exactly what the problem was and then talked us through the steps he was going to take to fix it in his quote. He then showed up on time 3 days in a row to do the work exactly as promised. He's a very busy man and I can see why: quality work at reasonable prices.

I rearly give reviews, but this is one of those exceptions. Jack worked on our bathroom tiling and complete the job with utmost integrity and professionalism. I would not hesitate to engage his services in the future.

Amazing work once again Jack! This is the third time engaging Jax Tiling at our King Langley home. After finding out our bathroom shower started to leak we decided to renovate our bathroom. We are so pleased of how the work came out. Jack takes the time and effort to explain all the little things so you are not left guessing or in the dark, which is extremely rare in a contractor. Nothing was rushed everything was planned with no surprises. His expertise in the construction industry also gave us great advice and contacts which saved us time and money. If you want a tiler that their work and attitude is spot on then call Jack. THANKYOU we will be seeing you soon for our entertainment area next.

My family feels extremely lucky to have had Jack work on our bathroom reno. We had a very dated 30 year old bathroom that we wanted to upgrade, and we had no idea where to start. But once we met Jack, he shared so much knowledge - not just tiling knowledge, but he guided us through every step including demolition, villaboards, plumbing, carpentry, shower screens, and tile purchasing. He helpfully provided contacts for each of these trades (and all of them were fantastic)! My family's fear of renovation was completely resolved once we met Jack.And we were even more amazed by how meticulous his tiling skills are (he is so precise - every tile is so perfectly cut and perfectly placed - perfect to the millimetre). Jack puts so much thought and heart into tiling, it is just so inspiring and joyful to see him love the work so much.Another thing that really amazed us was how neat and clean his process is. At the end of each day, not a single speck of dust is left behind, and he packs his tools in the most organised manner I have ever seen. He also has such a high work ethic - he will do everything he can to deliver a perfect result, and will not ever let you down. My family was so stress-free on this bathroom reno, all thanks to Jack. Jack is the best tiler you can get. My job was a bit complex, but right from quoting for the job till completion, he was transparent, explained the process, gave suggestions and did a fabulous job. I am more than happy with the outcome and highly recommend him for any tiling work.

Jack is a perfectionist and has an eye for detail. I am more than happy with his work on my bathroom. He removed all the tiles and disposed of all the rubbish, there was no dust thru my house, he is neat and clean and on time every day! A lovely guy who takes the time to talk the job through with you, he kept me updated with photos, messages and calls during the job. I was able to message him at any time with questions and he always responded promptly. His work is immaculate and he doesn't take short cuts to make it easier for him. I was very impressed with my bathroom tiling including floor and floor to ceiling walls. I trusted him with my house keys and even with my little dog there. He was always friendly and helpful.
