Trek Bicycle Rouse Hill

We own about 10 Trek bikes now. Everything from the children’s balance bikes & every size up to adult mountain bikes. Our children ride everyday & these bikes have withstood a battering! We have only had to replace tyres, which was easy done. High quality bikes & great service (including sneaking past children for birthday or Christmas gifts). Highly recommend.

Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in today knowing nothing about bikes, but had Alex help size me up and he taught me so much about the different types of bikes and was really helpful.

The staff at Trek Bicycle Rouse Hill are very professional, polite, and helpful, especially Faizal.This morning, I went to the shop to fix an issue with my bicycle gears, but unfortunately, it was closed due to shop lifted incident that happened last night. I purchased an e-MTB from Trek Rouse Hill about 10 months ago. I have been a mountain biker for about 25 years, however it was my first ever purchase of a Trek bike, and my first e-bike.As with brand new product releases and complex technologies and designs, there have been numerous teething issues with the bike - but I was prepared for this as it is par for the course. However the post-sales service of Trek Rouse Hill has been very good. They have really shown their commitment to customer satisfaction and have been really good and decent people to deal with. So kudos on keeping up the good reputation Trek has.I would not hesitate in buying again or having my bike service done by Trek Rouse Hill.

Customer service by Trek, Rousehill staff (Faizal, Mikhail, Emon) and management (Finley) was exceptional. Professional, courteous and helpful service. As I waited a whole years for parts to arrive, due post Covid logistics issues. As soon as the parts arrived, the bike was ready within 24hrs for pickup. The staff have great knowledge about the bikes and can recommend bikes based on the customer’s wants and needs. With this additional information, I was able to choose the best bike that would allow me to ride comfortably, but also challenge myself.

Great service and knowledge from the lads at Rouse Hill. The young bloke that served me (sorry I didn't get his name) was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and gave me a hands on demo on basic skills of undoing the quick release wheels etc (I am a complete newbie to bikes). Dave took my deposit over the phone to ensure my stock wasn't sold out. They overcharged me $60 by accident which I wasn't even aware of, they had the honesty to ring me and refund me the cash upon my next visit. Very happy with the service. I purchased a Trek Marlin 8. Did 15kms on the first day, the bike is performing really well. love it.
