So idk if it was a joke or not but on Monday I ordered a double cheese burger meal and asked for no pickles and onions but wanted a slice of bacon on it. I opened the burger to find about 4 slices of pickles and basically a whole onion on it, without a slice of bacon as well. So I’m annoyed because I paid an extra dollar for a slice of bacon which I didn’t get but instead got a joke of a burger, I would of taken it back to complain but I didn’t have time as I was on break for my own work and they took about 10mins to get me the meal

It’s a pity you have incompetent people working there that can’t do a simple task like put sauce in the bag but will stand there and claim they have when they haven’t. The guy at the window tonight told me once before the sauce is in the bag when I asked, when I got home no sauce. That same incompetent person was on tonight so this time we checked the bag. The manager that had a weird name Svea or something said the sauces were in the bag when he was told they weren’t he was rude and had a smirk on his face while the guy at the window laughed. I think that it’s unprofessional that the manager on didn’t seem to fussed about his behavior and was happy to give his name out. Won’t be going back again and it seems many others won’t go back. Hopefully some more fast food places will start opening and have component staff working there.

Ordered on the app and went through the drive through. Staff couldn’t find the order and were like yeah sorry. I requested to speak to a manager and they miraculously found our order. Had to park and wait for 20 min for a whopper junior and some nuggets? No apology from the staff either

When are you going to care about the customers whose money pays your wages????Another wrong order...Followed by countless unanswered phone calls..It equates to theft...Happy to take your money, but can't perform the task of putting a burger on a bag.. Poor training or untrainable??

Ordered on menu log. Said yes delivery available. Took my money. Turned around 2 mins later and said nope. Now I'm out of pocket over the weekend while it sorts out a refund.Whenever we try to order delivery it say no. But says it before you pay!Also, everytime we've been for pick up the food is stone cold.

My food took half an hour. I was yelled at by staff. There was paper in my burger. Got wrong sizes for chips and drinks. Ran out off onion rings. Was given wrong sauces. Waster my money and my time Im never eating at the hungry jacks again. Would’ve given no stars if it was possible

Called in Monday 27 th, it was just after 6 pm, store was very quiet. Ordered my meal sat down to eat it. A friend I know called it to order her meal, she stood for about 5 minutes as there was no staff by where you order. No one served her. I suggested she move to where the food is picked up. The staff at this store basically sucks
