Spent $16,000, which Thomas convinced me that I have a leaked roof, replaced the whole roof and now I am having the same issue and he is not responding to my call. Have any tradie come over to take a look and they told me the person who replace the roof is doing a horrible job. So avoid him at all cost! I am going to bring this case to ACCC.

Rang thomas regarding storm damage to roof. Came the same day to quote for fixing ridge tiles and additional works which was accepted. Work was carried out a few days later to a very high standard. Very pleased with the result and highly recommended. Thank you thomas and team. Katie

Thomas is hands down, best roofing contractor in melbourne. he was the only contractor that seemed to have an honest bone in his body. The quote was within market price, the service was responsive and the timeline of completion was 48 hours. Couldn’t recommend Thomas and he’s team enough. Thanks Thomas

Same experience. $5000 to repair roof with 10 year warranty. I called him back a handful of times within the first few months. And 1.5 yrs later. 2 major leaks. He does not answer the phone or reply any emails. I am seeking help via ACCC
