For a NON-gym person, I am very much enjoying HIIT4LIFE, even to the point I have added extra classes a week(never thought I would say that!). Mel and Sean make the classes fun, a great work out and definitely feeling the benefits of gaining fitness, whilst not feeling the pressure of going to a “gym” - no mirrors and lots of encouragement! Can’t recommend HIIT4LIFE highly enough.

What a fantastic training experience! The training station was new to me, I just focused better in the session, it was high energy & what a great concept. The staff made it seem natural, and spoilt me with their white glove service! Highly recommended, check it out...
