I usually do not write reviews but I must do it this time to warn home buyers.Rudeness is not even a good word to describe how awful my experience was with this agent. He acts nicely until things are not align with his favour. Pre-approvals do not guarantee that you will get the loan especially when interest rate is increasing every month this year.After giving him a notice that my home loan was unsuccessful, he became angry, rude and refuse to return my deposit immediately. It was AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

very bad service from vella Thangaiah he don't know how to treat with one customer specially when other people already there we just go to inspect house he said 'is it fun place don't waste our time' very worst experience ever with this guy

It’s not worthy to deal with this person and very aggressive and don’t know how to talk to a person. Mr. Vella tangaiah (owner of this company) please learn some Manners how to respect a person before going into a business. If you want to be rude be in your home not with the people. Thank you.
