A job well done, excellent service.

Took my car in this morning. Had an appointment at 11am and to my surprise he actually saw me at 11am. Every other mechanic I’ve been to makes you wait 10-20minutes but Bruce was spot on with time. He was very kind and courteous and easy to speak with.Took my car for a spin and had a feel of the vehicle. Did the wheel alignment. Checked the car out again by going for a quick drive and handed it back over. The entire process from entering his workshop to leaving was fabulous. The lady at the office was extremely nice as well and the workshop was neat and tidy.This place was recommended by a work mate and I’ll definitely be recommending to others.Usually when you go to other mechanics they rip you off and take advantage of you being female and unaware of the costs associated with certain fixes. But Exceller Steering Service are very very reasonably priced compared to other places. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely go back if any other issues arise in the future.

Fantastic service, Bruce explained exactly what was needed to be done to the car so he could get the best result.As the S15 suspension had been heavenly modified.My son to the car home did what Bruce advised and we returned it to them on Thursday. Very good and trustworthy guys Bruce has always been our family's mechanic him and his team are all good picked up this old Honda a while back and it was sitting around couldn't start it took it down to the shop and the young bloke David had it running the same day he was very kind and helpful also explained everything he did.Very helpful and friendly team you can trust to get the job done.

Bruce is very knowledgeable & is an expert in his field. Went for a wheel alignment & he also modified the steering rods to give a better outcome on my brand new tyres.Highly recommend!

After installing a 2inch lift on my 4wd, and receiving a wheel alignment at another workshop, my steering felt sloppy. I was told by the mechanic this was due to the lift. He even test drove the car…I brought the car to Bruce from Exceller steering, and he solved my steering issues within the hour.I highly recommend Exceller steering.
