TMA Martial Arts

One year ago, before joining in this big family, I kind of paused going to gym because the cold weather and the boring workout routine. But the training here guaranteed my weekly exercise during this boring winter. Being a former taekwondo student, I am sure that Jeffrey is very professional and Soo Bahk Do is a great martial art, it integrates the best of Asian martial arts and is still evolving. The mature system of testing, training and ranks makes sure that we make progress with a wonderful sense of accomplishment. Of course all these advantages of practicing Soo Bahk Do won’t work without a good instructor and a good team, and TMA Martial Arts is definitely the one.
