Russel is an amazing Dietician, and I would recommend him to anyone.He is extremely knowledgeable. He encourages positive, healthy goals. I have been able to maintain adherence to almost all of his advice for over a year since having to stop seeing him (external circumstances).He is also very friendly, understanding and patient. I can be quite shy and awkward and he made me feel very comfortable.
