Cycle Station are one of the largest bike shops I’ve ever been to with an extensive choice of products. The staff are really friendly and helpful and have a huge car park for test riding. This store also offers an impressive satisfaction guarantee with any purchase.

Darcy was awesome and patiently let me test ride a few models. Turns out none of the bikes were perfect for me as is, I went with a lower specced model but a couple of aftermarket parts that needed to be installed. No worries and no extra charge for the labour costs. It was ready and sorted on the agreed day.

They saved my bacon on a public holiday no less. Incredibly fast service, friendly to boot. Very grateful for Cycle Station and their team.

Small repair needed for my e bike (replace damaged gearshift cable). Booked it in at Cycle Station, had to wait a few days because of Xmas/New Year closure. All done on the agreed day and not as costly as I feared. Friendly staff, very competent mechanics.

Customer service can be a little lacking at times. But they have plenty of variety. Could use more ladies clothing.

Always great customer service. The free lifetime servicing has been useful as a newish rider just to make sure that everything is wearing well.I've bought 2 bikes through their recommendations, commuter and road, which both ride well (Giant brand).They have a growing range of ebikes which also look interesting.

Today there was a sale. The young man was very helpful with this purchase. Other times in the past, some of the staff weren't as knowledgeable.

Online ordering is extremely slow compared to all other local bicycle sellers I deal with (around 10 in Victoria). Have tried Cyclestation twice and both times I’ve had to chase products up when they still haven’t been dispatched after 3 business days. I come away dissatisfied and annoyed with wait times for common products to arrive. They say “message us if urgent.” On their website. I say “I shouldn’t have to as all orders should be treated as top priority.” Unfortunately, this store does not see it that way. The store was reasonably quick to offer me a refund but I’m yet to receive it. Zero stars for incompetent dispatch and refund wait times compared to all other local bicycle sellers I deal with.Just received a notification from PayPal, and their delivery company, a day after I wrote the above they’ve given me a full refund plus dispatched the goods I ordered. If that’s correct this review will change accordingly. Most likely I’ll delete it as it changes everything.

To be honest I was a little reluctant reading a few of the online reviews, but they offered the best price with free postage so I gave them a crack and product showed up a week later as described. No issues at all.
