I was so disappointed this time around with Ublinds. I paid 50% deposit and told they’d be installed 6-8 weeks. I understand everyone is having supply chain issues but there was zero communication about delays. After multiple followups with the office from me they were installed after 16 weeks. I had to reschedule the painter multiple times. Jesse the sales guy didn’t respond to anything. The installer was a nice guy but did a terrible install. The caulking was shocking and only done on one side of the blinds. The finish was an abortion of a job. I had to get someone else in to fix it because neither Jesse or the installer responded to my texts to come and fix it.

Professional and got the job done quickly without a hassle. Very happy with the quality of products and customer service exceptional.

Had plantation shutters installed today on our decking. Look absolutely fantastic. Measured up and quoted by Jesse, we were happy with the price. Installed by Frank and Kieran, great blokes who did a terrific job. Good experience fro U Blinds.

no stars if I could... if you can't follow through with your marketing efforts throughout newspapers etc ...what's the point?! After 2 phone calls to head office, multiple phone calls and text messages with no return call on when they will be installed" after being told "installed before Xmas" I feel for the CS team having to apologize for when Jesse doesn't have the decency to follow up!!!Stay away from them...So many other fantastic small business operators that know how to communicate"

Our shutters were installed today. The contractor did a good job. Communication is extremely poor. The sales person Jesse should not have a job - he is MIA; did not respond to emails or phone calls. We were quoted 6-8 weeks installation from order date and totally understand the current situation with overseas deliveries; it was 4 months to the day from order placement.

We are very happy with the blinds we purchased. We had the whole house done, and the quality is high. A huge Thanks to Rod who installed our blinds, he is professional and helpful, definitely recommend this company.

Unfortunately our experience has had some issues. Upon entering the showroom, we waited for 30 minutes for someone to appear. We spoke with a young woman who advised that someone would contact us within 24 hours to chat about our blinds. 2 days later we called again. That proved positive, and we were on our way to getting a quote.To summarise, the communication could be better.One installer living close to us in location saved the day. Frank was very friendly and capable and did a great job of installing once the product was ready ( this took 6 weeks with no updates unless we called).After 5 weeks one of the rods snapped at the connector. After a visit to the showroom and multiple phone calls we are still waiting for a small plastic connector, but have since been advised that the part is not standard, and there was a wait as they didn't have them in stock.I would advise direct communication via mobile ( not the 1300 after hours service number). There may be a delay with messages it seems. Everyone is very friendly and cheerful on the phone.The price was competitive and installation great. Thanks.

Got our Shutters and blinds installed yesterday. They were not delivered before Christmas (as promised) but I can understand the shipping issues with COVID etc, and contact is not great, but this is the only reason for 4 stars. . The installer (Tom) was wonderful. Polite, efficient and so clean working. He did a great job. We are really happy with the result. It was well worth the wait. Thank you Tom, Would suggest perhaps a bit more contact with updates on delivery timing - but other than that 100% happy.

We are very happy with our new shutters. I can thoroughly recommend U Blinds. Product is excellent as was installation.

My experience with UBlinds has been fantastic. Ricky was helpful and patient with my many questions, for indoor blinds and outdoor electrical blinds, and Paulo was terrific - he worked late on a Friday night to get as much of the install complete and then returned to finish the job on the Sat afternoon. He even dropped in to redo something for me after I changed the frame the blinds were on the following week, nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend enough and will use again in future. The photos don’t do the blinds justice!
