I am not sure what these delusional people are on about, the pizzas that I ordered was really delicious. The staff was really helpful and friendly, one of them even kept a conversation with me, their English was fluent and understandable. Many people who write bad reviews either actually had a bad experience or they did something wrong themselves but do not want to admit it. Nevertheless, would order here again

Customer service was terrible, wait time was terrible, no communication, bad attitude within the workers, and terrible portion sizes. Ordered online for a pick up and waited the 25 minutes at home until leaving. When we arrived there was an order waiting in the warmer when the cashier said ours won’t be too long. We waited another 25-30 minutes in store and was not told about what was happening. During us waiting another customer had come in unhappy and complained also. The cashier was loudly complaining about the customer who had come in when they left and was extremely rude and disrespectful about the situation. After waiting 20 minutes I approached the counter where no one served me. Not one employee out of the 4 I could see standing around acknowledged me. I said excuse me three times and still no one acknowledged me until the cashier yelled from the back “just wait five minutes”. VERY POOR customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not good enough.

Just a big nope avoid if you can, The crazy angry feral woman with the neck tattoos who swears like a demon posessed her and threatens people outside what she says is her business. Never eating from there, what a psycho encounter! So sad to see someone so messed up that they would damage their own business because they can't control there emotions.

Pizzas arrived burnt. More crust than toppings. Pizza Hut Gawler used to be great, but now its gone to sh!t. Very disappointing and the customer service is ridiculous.

Either too lazy to change the settings for different base types or really don’t know how to make a pizza…All that said and done, what then posses you to think that sending out these pizzas were okay?! Absolutely disgustingOur regular based pizza was fine but our 2 thin based were rock hard (to the point they couldn’t slice it properly) and over cooked. Do not recommend AT ALL. Wish I read the reviews before ordering.EDIT - been a bit since I ate the pizza that was edible and I’m currently feeling very unwell with stomach pains…not happy.

Food was great, once ordered the front staff disappeared, could hear chatter around the back, totally fine. Saw my order go in the completed orders shelf fridge thing, but wait another several minutes for front staff to give it to me.Atleast the pizza were still delicious.

Waited 30minutes, rang to find out what was happening with order and was advised was going to be another 35minutes minimum up to 95minutes from ordering for 3 pizzas and 2 garlic breads. Spent $95, asked for a refund and was told because it was done online could take 10 business days to get my refund. Asked for the name of employee so I could put in feedback and was told by employee whilst laughing “I don’t have a name and don’t need to tell you it, why order if you wanted it within 45 minutes, it’s all your fault anyways”. Absolutely disgusting customer service that was, will never be back again and will never recommend here to anyone.

5 years ago (2017) the service was quick and friendly.Now it's hit or miss.We always buy the Triple Dipper Box, but sometimes it comes with no dipping sauces (supposed to be 3) even though the price went up.The most recent Pepperoni Pizza was really disappointing - slapped on with one slice missing out on the Pepperoni!?!?At least they are still quick with the service. Maybe slow down a little and serve up a better product.

Went into the store because no one was answering the phonePrevious order was stuffed up and called customer service line. They were supposed to get some to call backAdvised person at front counter what happened she didn't care or reactHad to ask for a refund for Previous order. Clearly gave order for what we wanted. Came back to collect and it was wrong againStore is in bad shape, flickering light menu on front desk looks like dog has chewed it. A guy out the back wondering around in thongs t shirt and shorts. Amateur hour at its best
