These people sure do know how to drain every cent from your pocket, after charging me $350 for a replacement stick of ram and was going to charge me $90 just to tell me that windows wasn't booting. But what I found recently when I tried to open the computer up is that PLE PURPOSELY locked my pc screws because I could open it before, so if I had a problem I had to go to them. Don't trust these Scam artists

can’t fault the staff. helpful, respectful and empathetic. just following processes set out by management.had a warranty issue with a monitor not showing an image and was told it needs to be sent to manufacturer for inspection. a major failure under consumer law means this isn’t the case - retailer has to repair, replace or refund the product at customer’s discretion.was told purchasing team is not working weekends so this replacement on the spot can’t happen - not my problem, please find another way to sort this. was told to come back during the week.went 25 minutes up the road, sorted at Bentley with a new monitor on the same day after a similar discussion.don’t make things hard for your customer’s and just follow ACCC guidelines.

staff always great. Prices are horrible. Please research online before spending a sent here usally 20-30% cheaper online.

Great products and at very reasonable prices.Ran into some hardware issues a year after purchasing my full PC setup them from PLE Osborne Park so I took it back in to get diagnosed. It took the technicians longer than advised to get the diagnosis done, but they got there in the end. Could improve with their communication and efficiency.While there were a couple of upsets along the way, PLE staff did everything they could to rectify the situation and make up for the delays. In the end both the faulty components were fixed under warranty and I even got one of them upgraded at no extra charge.Jake, the manager, did a great job.

Very helpful staff, good range of quality products at competitive prices

Got my pc in the shop just to change out the case 3weeks later pick it up and windows is corrupted take it back for the second time to be told it's a hard drive issue so they fixed that go to pick it back up and for them to tell me it wasn't the hard drive it my be my gpu motherboard parts I bought from them last year. So I ended up upgrading mother and my cpu only to get my pc works almost perfect only 1 problem now is I got to shutdown pc it will automatically turn back on after being shutdown. Not happy at allNever using PLE again.

Decided to pop in to PLE Osborne Park whilst in the area to get 2nd opinion on what Bentley store advised me about 2 particular laptops. Osborne Park Store had both in stock whereas Bentley only had one in stock.Osborne Park Store is layed out extremely well and has lots of gaming PC examples and also more laptops on display than Bentley.Staff where very helpful and I was pleased that I dropped in as I was provided with additional vital information to assist me in making a decision on which laptop would suit my needs better.Once I'm ready to purchase, I'll be back to Osborne Park Store.

Wait times no bueno, needs more staff. At the very least you could have a pickup queue - ended up waiting 20 minutes to pickup one item waiting for me because the staff were too busy trying to up sell two neanderthals

Easy online ordering, pickup or delivery. Knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to help you make a decision if you're not to sure what you need.

PLE used to be this poky little outlet in Bentley.Now it's a multi-store chain of the best priced computer kit in Perth.The folks who work there know their stuff, and won't mess you around if the hard truth will help you out.Case in point, I ordered a budget CPU for a real swish motherboard (erroneously - I'd changed the design and forgotten to change a part). They said I was just about committing a crime against technology, and suggested a cheaper yet just as viable board - but also took a moment to ask what my requirements were, and plans for the machine before proposing a solution.You don't get that kind of help at a major retail chain. Or online. It's that no-nonsense, enthusiasts helping customers approach that has kept me coming back since 2006 or so.
