When questioned on a Facebook advertisement I regards to their pay, the answer was. Award under ECA. When questioned what an ECA is (essentially an EBA) I am told if I want information regarding pay rates that it needs to go to private chat.At this stage I already had their pay rate, 28 an hour flat rate Monday to Sunday *once of probation*When confronted with this info, their spokesperson tried to argue and lie regarding the pay rates. Taking insult that I suggested they pay so bad. Once confronted with the proof, they deleted their post and blocked me.This industry is riddled with companies paying poor wages, and honestly I don't actually care if you pay award or an EBA which steals your workers weekend rates, over time rates and public holiday rates. Just be transparent about it.
