Bought a vanity and it was fundamentally defective based on a) how it was put together b) the dimensions were out to the extent that adjusting the doors didn’t fix the problem and c) the ceramic sink top was out of shape (bowed) so much that after slight pressure was placed on it, it broke. This assessment is from registered builders, not myself.After exchanging emails they refused to even inspect the product for refund and stated they wouldn’t respond any further.Disgraceful.

Off street parking is available. The selection is a bit underwhelming and there are not many other features on display, such as taps, mirrors etc. Very friendly and courteous service though, and delivery is free if the items required are in stock.

We leave in regional NSW and was difficult to find the vanity I was after at a reasonable price. Royal Vanities shipped to a local depot, at a reasonable freight cost. The vanity was great value and it is beautiful! Thanks!

One of our 4 vanity tops had a small chip out of it. Namal and his team were so responsive and while we attempted to see if it could be repaired, in the end they replaced it without questions. All dealings with them were efficient and super friendly.

Namal and Nilu were very helpful when I was selecting items for my bathrooms. The selection of vanities, basins and tapware at Royal Vanities Bayswater was very good and in line with current trends. The vanities in particular are exceptional value. The tapware is of high standard and looks fantastic when installed. They were knowledgeable and very friendly in my dealings with them. 5 stars

Chris From LilydaleI brought a vanity from Royal vanities, I have to say the Queen would be turning in her grave if she could see the terrible quality of these products, I paid $850 for a vanity from this place and there were splits in the chipboard, my advice is pay more and buy Australian.Would not recommend to anyone, even if you are tight for money.
