Japanese Truck-Care

Had JTC repair our Titan Crane truck recently. It's an import so already not easy if not impossible to get parts for. Alan had the gear shifter cable custom made from another company and installed it. Most important part of this review was that the custom cable failed 2500 kms later. I returned the truck to JTC expecting more costs and grief. Alan replaced the faulty cable, fitted it and even detailed the Truck all with no argument or cost.Nice to find a company that knows what honesty and good service really are.Thanks Alan

Great people !i bought a truck, drop it there 7pm for RWC, next day morning got a phone call from Ray, he made it so easy for me to understand what would happen next, step by step, and i could stop at any step to save me from spending too much.Next day he called me, told me his opinion of what it would cost me if i want to do the RWC which was not worth for me doing so. Thus, i decided to not going further, that has saved me a lot of money.I met Ray next day, he is such a genuine person, he told me stories about what i should avoid if i want to go into Towing business.All the best to you and your team.

I spent $6200 on engine repairs with 3 other mechanics, which still didnt solve my issue. when i called japanese truck care and explained my situation they saw me despite their busy schedule which was apparent when i got there, took my truck for a good drive (3 previous mechanics didnt drive the truck) and immediately found the problem. its one thing knowing how to bolt off and bolt on parts but takes experience and empathy for the customer to be genuine in diagnosing a problem. grateful and highly recommended.
