Love my Scotty 4th axis! You guys Rock!

I paid for express 1 day shipping and they said they closed the same day I made my order. Received my order 14 days later and they refused to return the cost of express shipping which is a $23 difference from standard shipping. Paypal thankfully credited me the $23 after I submitted a second claim of the charged because they shipped it out after my first claim. Very unethical for a company to charge people for a service that they did not give.When I attempted to ask the company for a refund on the express shipping they stated that I should accept what has happened and move on."It's because of companies like this that my son's Christmas was ruined during this difficult time."

I have two products of ScottyMakesStuff. The CineSticks for my DJI drone and the 4th axis. Both are great and as simple as they are, work awesome. There's great ingenuity in this company, the feeling for what does not work perfectly and has to be completed by some perfect gear is there, and it spreads worldwide - I am from Austria by the way.After I overheated my Pocket2 4th axis in my car on a sunny day I needed replacement. I can confirm that the customer service (Carol!) is the best you can expect. A great company on its way up! GO GO GO

Received my Osmo Pocket 1 Micro 4th Axis in Case today and tested it out. WOW great product, worked exactly as I had hoped. Customer service was informative and extremely helpful. My Osmo Pocket case has payed for itself many times over as I'm a bit of a Klutz and have dropped it more than a few times. They make top notch products and the customer service lady is awesome!
