Fantastic hour of power. So much information covered in a concise and clear way. We went in with a little knowledge on my part and none on my husband's, we came out feeling capable and keen. Fiona is a great teacher. She shares a lot of experience and expertise in an easy to understand way. 100% recommend. My husband agrees wholeheartedly.

I had to take the time to write a review because these guys were really exceptional. We used them for our school fundraiser and they were so organised, easy to deal with, and quick to respond. Absolute 10/10, look forward to using them again.

Excellent service and products ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Ordered the Mixed Starter Cloth Nappy Pack and it arrived two days later. Really impressed with the quality of these nappies. Can’t wait to go in and visit the store. Leesa was so helpful when I had issues with my ‘Cart’ online and sorted everything out without a problem. Thanks Darlings Downunder❣️

I've had several wonderful experiences now with Darlings Down under - I was so excited when they moved local! The ladies have been super helpful figuring out toddler pull-ups, trying out in store helped, and they've been prompt with online pickup orders I've made too. Highly recommend, great range available and lovely atmosphere

Highly recommend a visit in person if you are in need of guidance on reusable nappies, Fiona is so generous with her time and knowledge and she stocks the best range of cloth nappies. I really learnt so much from her and am very grateful to have had an opportunity for an in-person visit to ask lots of questions. If you aren't sure where to start with reusable nappies then this is the place for you.

I've shopped here twice and both times the service was exceptional. I entered the first time not knowing anything about how to use reusable nappies and got a full explanation and demonstration, and am now using them as much as possible. My second order was online for click and collect, and Fiona even dropped it off at my house since I live locally. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to try reusable nappies.

Staff are very friendly and super knowledgeable. There's no silly questions, and offer a range of ideas across budgets and brands. A beautiful well set out store. Lots of gift ideas too, that aren't nappy related. We'll worth popping in..

Couldn’t be happier with the service I have received at Darlings Downunder! Leesa is very knowledgeable in all aspects of cloth nappies and related sustainable products. I love that I am able to purchase plant based detergent that is still effective on all my cloth nappies and other laundry! Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I have used Darlings Downunder many times over the years. Catherine spent her time showing me different styles of nappies to find one that would work best on my son and talked me through how to wash and care for my new nappies.
