Urban Massage Studio North Perth

Looking for a new place to try and came across you guys. Had my first session with Justine. You found all the sore spots and made sure they were well and truly dead in the best possible way. I have a feeling I was soo relaxed that I may have fell asleep. Absolutely top shelf experience, from the friendly welcome, the nice clean modern facilities and awesome massage. Have certainly found a new favourite in Perth.

Without a doubt the best massage studio I’ve encountered in Perth. All of the therapists are professional, the space is welcoming and peaceful.

I know that whenever I go to Urban Massage I am guaranteed a quality massage! The staff are qualified masseurs who do their utmost to provide a caring service. It's a calm and peaceful place!

I had my first session at urban massage today and had the pleasure of getting a massage with Nelson- highly attentive and overall a great experience!

After a really great massage on my first experience, I was eager to go fit my second to address shoulder and back knots. Unfortunately I came away disappointed.

I came in thinking I just needed a massage after a big cycle on the weekend, but Sarah was so intuitive and caring in her approach to my treatment it made me realize I needed the self care more than anything else! Sarah made little comments or asked questions regarding my health and mental well-being during and after my treatment that were spot on and frankly amazed me at how much can be interpreted from the human body. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, and really looked after. Sarah did an amazing job. I will be back!

Outstanding, and friendly service. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a gorgeous smile and it just so relaxed me. The staff are such amazing people, who constantly sure you are relaxed the moment you step inside. I arrived slightly early, but glad I did, as I was welcomed into the member lounge which was such a beautiful room. There is a self serve table full of lovely biscuits, hot tea and water. Ana, my allocated massage therapist was so caring and thoughtful through my massage. Targeting my area as directed by my Physio. Ana listened to my needs, then explained in great detail, the best treatment that would suit. The rooms are so relaxed, you almost fall asleep as soon as your head is rested. This facility is nothing like I've ever experienced, so I immediately signed up for the Urban Massage Studio membership. outstanding value for money, and what also surprised me was their Hicaps Health Fund availability, which my health fund actually contributed an above average gap. So, as you can read, I'm loving this place and certainly will be a very regular customer. Parking is also available at the rear on the property, with an access door; so awesome when its raining.You have to make sure you experience this facility yourself; though, I'm now probably disadvantaging myself, by having appointments filling up quick.

Reception is rude, they confuse you and overcharged me twice and put me in the position to choose to pay more or be locked in to a contract after my service - so the service I was told would cost $139 cost me $189. Wasted about 15 mins of my time each time after the appointments talking in circles confusing me. Wasn’t apologetic at all.Initial massage left bruising on my throat. Masseur was lovely otherwise but seems like an unsafe place to attend of no one is upfront and stresses you out after you spend money trying to relax.Seems like a strategy because they are not busy enough because they charge more than regular massage places in order to manipulate you into a contract membership.Yuck

Excellent deep muscle massage from Marco, also the staff were very welcoming at the appointment. Marco took the time to find out what I wanted and was communicative throughout, my back and shoulders felt so good afterwards- been a long time since I have had not had general soreness in these areas. Altogether a great experience and a big thank you to Marco.
