This basketball competition is a complete waste of money and is a joke. We had games cancelled out due to rain due to the organisers leaving the vents open to get rain damage. The referee have little to no training and constantly make incorrect calls. Overall this is completely over priced for what you get and a disorganised and disfunctional establishment

I seldom left discouraging comments but this club is very badly organised and treated their customers unprofessionally and with no respect. After our kids were registered with the club and paid for the registration, there were no communications about when the game season starts, no coach or manager assigned, and even not enough team players organised for the season where the team has to forfeit a few games initially. We ended up organising everything ourselves, finding our own coach and players who then registered with the club for the season, but with only a few games left for the season, they suddenly told our kids that they have to register and pay extra before they can continue to play. This should have been communicated to our team at the start of the season, but they obviously missed it as no one (including our coach/manager) received any communications about this additional registration and costs. A lot of our players then left the club because of this bad communication on the registration and additional cost. Even though our team has got to the finals, they did not allow those who did not pay extra to play in the final. The staff treated people in a really rude and unprofessional manner, and did not reflect on what they could have done better to communicate with the teams, parents and coaches/managers. This is the worst sporting club I have ever experienced, and I would strongly recommend not to join this club given all the negative experiences a lot of parents have gone through.

This Place is sooo disappointing !! Please think twice before putting you kids in this club. ITS SOUL CRUSHING FOR YOU KIDS when they just want to play .. My son has played here for 4 years (crazy I know ) communication is an absolute joke and waste of time .. This season my son should’ve been placed in the under 18’s with one of his team mates as the rest of team was still under 16’s .We have paid for the season & after 5 emails was advised that the boys were in a team together but because of UD18’s reps trials our season was delay 3 weeks and they would be in touch !!This was late Feb , it is now 26th of March I’ve sent at least 10 emails with NO RESPONSE !!But they took our money so how is this fair ??Please don’t make the same mistake DONT JOIN THIS CLUB !!!

They took my rego money and then stopped communicating with me. Don't know when the season starts, no replies to emails, and whoever owns the mobile phone on their website doesn't even pickup. Every negative review is perfectly legit - it's obvious these people shouldn't be operating an organisation of any description.

Cheaters. Refs were bias during U14 game and coaches were bad. Court Supervisor should have taken action. Cheating bench. Again, our side would have won if refs were better. I mean the home team had 18 free throws in the first quarter!!?? Absolute disgrace!!! Not recommended to join. Trash team.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Same as the experience of the recent reviewers, communication from this group is basically non-existent. I appreciate that it's a volunteer run organisation but don't take the registration fee of the kids and do a runner you bunch of thieves as the kids are definitely interested in learning this sport. Is there anywhere that this group can be reported to (like Fair Trading)? Shame on this organisation.

Worst club ever. No communication at all. If you send them enquiry, then prepare never get response or wait for a month. Game schedule and organise is very bad. End of the season, they give nothing to reward the division winner. Very bad experience and very disappointing with this club, if you have a choice, please don't choose them. Don't waste your money and your time with them. It will only let you and kids down. This organisation is a joke, don't understand why it is still exist.

All negative reviews are accurate. Registration fees are collected and no further action is taken. I feel sorry for my son who just wanted to play the game, was promissed a team and showed up every game day just to see that there are only another one or two playres from his team. No coach, no manager, no response to any emails or call. I will be reporting this club to relevant state organisations. Complete fraud.

Disheartening to read all the reviews but where can our kids go to train and play? Can we organise our own group/team?? Anyone keen ? My son is almost 16 years old. Looking for him to play for a local team.

Hi Everyone,My son has tried out for the Bulls in the U18s for the 23 season. The staff were exemplary in the process and the way they treated ALL the boys. A particular thank you to the coaching staff.They were concise, to the point and allowed all the participants to participate and contribute with their skills equally.The process was frenetic, given the number of boys and enthusiasm they showed, but was controlled and fair.An unenviable task.This has been an experience that has left my son with confidence, enthusiasm and drive - to strive.Its not about the outcome
