Matt gave my road bicycle a great service after it had been neglected for a whole. Great service and I'll be taking it back for a service again. I can highly recommend him for any bike maintenance.

My bikes needs were more than catered for. Friendly service with a smile. I won't take my bike anywhere else and am now thinking of a custom bike when mine dies.

Matt and Lisa offer the best bike fit service. I had previously paid someone else for a very average bike fit.Matt is highly skilled and with very high end equipment you get the best result. From sorting out my shoes so they fit properly, a saddle that is the right size for my sit bones, to the reach on my bike. Can’t thank them enough for making my old Ruby comfortable to ride.

After some 500000 kilometers, my imported metal bike had developed a crack in the bottom bracket in such a way that a repair required a specific skill set and specialist equipment.Having looked Australia wide without success for the expertise needed to execute the repair, a chance conversation with a local café owner resulted in an introduction to Matisa Bicycles in Virginia on Brisbane’s Northside.Matisa Bicycles focus is the design and manufacture of steel bicycles however as a one off looked at my problem, confirmed they could repair the frame and set about doing so.Thanks to Matisa, I am back riding my old bike and so impressed am I with the service, skill and experience of Matisa, I will now have a new steel frame fitted and built for me.

I was looking for a local Bike shop for some cables and didn't want to go all over the countryside so I searched online for a local shop, lo and behold I found Matisa Bicycle works, I met Matt Norman and we spoke at length about bicycles and we also sorted out all the worlds problems, it was a breath of fresh air to have such a warm friendly chat with Matt. we exchanged knowledge and experiences of past glories it was so much fun. I got my cables and he showed me around the workshop. There is only one place I would go to for bike advice and remedy and that's MatisaBicycle Works, I'm guessing that's Matt and Lisa combined to get Matisa, as I did something similar with my name William Alama-Powell Dad and mom's surnames combined .
