We wery pleased with the choice of flooring. Tam? and Yen? arrived on schedule and after discussing the the layout, they set to work laying the floor immediately.Four hours later they had completely finished laying the floor including scotia and tidied up the approx 32 square metres room.We were very impressed with the completed work and found Tam and Yen, polite, efficient and cheerful.We would certainly recommend Camden Valley Floorworld to supply and install a laminate floor.

We had excellent service from Camden Valley Floorworld, from Rod the Salesman to the man and lady who came to our house removed the old carpet and Lino and laid Hybrid Floorboards the service was fantastic very helpful in advice given to us by Rod to the man & lady laying the floorboards the floor looks fantastic we are extremely happy with the attention to detail given. Could not recommend Rod from Floorworld enough.From our first showroom visit he was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what we were looking for. He made suggestions based on what we liked and what he knew would work, explaining why throughout.The carpet installation was so smooth. Rod even managed to find some extra carpet when our floor plan changed last minute.He was patient throughout other trade delays and stayed in contact with us to ensure things were as smooth and prompt as could be.The floor plank installation was quick and executed beautifully.The finished product is everything we hoped.Would not hesitate to use Rod and the floorworld team again and recommend him whenever anyone is in need of flooring.

I was in need of replacing my current carpet at my house and had been recommended Camden Valley Floorworld. I was greeted by Rod who was nothing but helpful, considerate and gave honest advice. We had gone back to the showroom numerous times to get the right colour carpet etc, every time Rod was nothing but welcoming and accomodating. The entire process was seamless, after ordering the carpet it was promptly installed and we are so happy with the outcome. From the second we walked into the store we had a great experience with Camden Valley Floorworld. Rod was friendly, helpful and patient with us. We didn't feel rushed in making a choice and went back a few times for sample colours to see which option was best for our house. Installation was also seamless. Tam and his colleague did a wonderful job! They were lovely to talk to, patient with my questions and kept things as clean as possible during and cleaned up everything after they had finished.
