Had a great experience with the guys at Intheloop. Showed me the ropes on the SUP and had half a day hire with one of their bikes. Super friendly service and heaps of knowledge of the area with places for me to go!!!

Called on short notice, and Marvin already had the wind and tides in his head for best conditions. Offered to pick me up because my hotel was nearby too! Marvin gave us the details In the equipment if we were to consider buying gear in the future, which was really helpful. Fun, detailed instruction, ready to help when you lose control! I had a blast.

Friendly service, great experience. Not that IntheLoop can in anyway affect the weather, however, we couldn't have asked for a better day to go SUP. And Marvin is so great to talk to and deal with. Thanks, we'll be back!

I hired a mountain bike from this shop which was out of order and unsafe to ride. The assistant knew that the top gear did not work and told me that right away, what he did not say was that you could not switch between the other two gears either. Basically I rented a piece of rusty old junk for 50 dollars and had to ride that all day because I was already on Magnetic island when I discovered the bike was out of order. This business does not care for the safety of its customers at all and their equipment is good for recycling only.BTW: this is the same shop that calls itself Skin Ski+Surf

My family and I were in Townsville on holiday and had always wanted to try SUP. Marvin from InTheLoop made it so easy to get started. We then hired a few boards for the day and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend for beginners to the sport.

We hired two road bikes. The service was perfect. Easy and uncomplicated communication. Last minute service also on weekends. Much recommended.

Never done SUP before and booked a lesson for my husband and myself, Marvin was great, easy going and made the experience great, alot easier than expected! He even got some great photos of us and sent them through after the lesson. Would definatly reccomended.

Came up to tsv for a birthday holiday, girlfriend booked me SUP lessons online for my birthday. Went to where the store ”is” (which it isn't). Called Martin and he didn't even know that we had booked but he knew enough to take our money. Had to ask for a refund, it wasn't offered. He has now blocked my partners number with no refund given. Avoid this lot like the plague. Seems like a scam.
