The staff in the office are rude and unresponsive. Made me feel like I was an inconvenience for simply booking a pink slip. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect- perhaps even gratitude for their business.

I booked my car in for two new tyres yesterday to pass rego. My wife and four year old child waited two and a half hours to get two tyres changed as arranged but it wasn't done. I got them done elsewhere at an inconvenience and rather than apologise the owner delayed signing off my rego till tomorrow out of spite for losing my business.Mechanic Neil couldn't do enough for you but the problem is the management. This is the only repairer in town so there is no competition. The staff in the office are rude. We need a new business in town to look after customers- treat them with courtesy and respect- perhaps even gratitude for their business. It's a wake up call.
