Small homely place. They do a good job with the spray tan.

Always have loved this brand but I feel this shop had a limited variety of Body Shop products available at the shop.

The Body Shop at Airport West: good.

Body shop staff amazing very helpful

I think The Body Shop products is wonderful, but when I went in here 7th of Nov last yr, I was greeted by both staff who offered assistance.When I went here 2nd of January 2023, I walked in to see both staff sitting by the counter and on their phones.As I came closer to the shelves in the cashier area, one of them looked up and only said hello once I did.They then began chatting to each other, while still on their phones. I was left to figure out which products to buy on my own.Once I paid for my item, the customer serving skills were minimal, and I didn't even get a thankyou.Maybe they were just Xmas casuals, but it's pretty disappointing to be ignored.

Supposedly free lipstick day..I came I'm early enough to find out this store had none, what a waste of fuel and no lipstick...Highly recommended NOT going to this particular store in future for any promos as you won't have any luck...Highly disappointing, this store will never see my business...
