We had a Beto carrier but found it not easy to switch from pack rack to pack rack on another bike without having to purchase their special pack rack so did some research and purchased a baby bike carrier Bellelli Mr Fox (clamp) fits pack rack model and couldn't be happier!! we couldn't justify the $300+ for the Thule one as our little fella will probably only be in it for another 12 months and took the leap to purchase this one after reading good reviews. We think its extremely good value for the money its a quality product at an affordable price. The carrier is extremely easy to take on and off and feels very safe and secure the clamp is sturdy and love the 5 point harness and it is nice and lightweight! Tom was excellent couldn't fault the service items were delivered next day (we are within 60kms from the head office) happy customers thank you!!!

This place has the worst after sales and customer service. They do not care about you after the sales. Stick to the bigger retailers with better policies. Stay away from The Bicycle Depot if you can!

Best service I've had from a business in years! Very fast delivery! And great customer service. Problem solved a product defect and had new parts shipped to us straight away no questions asked.
