Kat the Label

I visited the lovely studio a couple of weeks ago and it was magical. The staff were so lovely, and they even entertained my golden retriever who came along for the experience. The girls were really helpful when it came to recommending styles and I was very happy with my purchases. I will definitely be returning to Kat the Label xxxx

Popped into the lovely Cremorne boutique recently after looking at Kat the Label products online and has a great experience. The sales assistant was helpful and I was pleased to leave with a set that is super comfortable and such beautiful quality. I will without a doubt purchase more products from here in the future.

I visited Kat the Label on the weekend after a run, I didn't want to try on any of the lingerie as I was a sweaty betty... The assistant was amazingly helpful with sizes and colours that would work best for me considering I couldn't try them on!Extremely happy with my purchases, such great value for quality beautiful products.p.s thank you to the lovely shop assistant for the bunch of flowers!

Went here a few days ago and had the best experience. It's the most beautiful little place, the interior is beautiful, and all the different lingerie items were displayed neatly and were easy to find. Laila was the one who was helping me find what I was looking for. She so sweetest person helping me out with anything I needed, and helped me find the perfect colour and size for me. The sizing is amazing and they had a wide variety of colors and designs for anyone. Another great bonus was the music playing loved it <3

There have been 3 times in my entire life that I have received the wrong items in an online order and all three of them have been from Kat the label. On one occasion even the replacement order came with the bra faulty (underwire jutting out). Either I’m a crazy outlier or they need to sort out whatever is happening at their warehouse.It would also be great if they could speed up the resolution process or at least express post when they have made a mistake. I am still waiting for my order 3 1/2 weeks after originally purchasing. Such a frustrating experience. I’m regretting my purchase.

Shopping at Kat the Label was a great experience. The service was great, it wasn't too overbearing but you also didn't have to go searching for assistance. The recommendations the staff made were extremely helpful, the change rooms were clean and closed fully.I enjoyed the experience and love my purchases.

Finally made it to the Cremorne boutique today. I could’ve bought the entire shop. The quality and styles are beautiful at an affordable price and the assistant was super helpful, thanks x

LOVE the ladies at Kat the Label. It’s a beautiful space that’s conveniently across the road from my apartment, and they’re always so helpful and accommodating. Congrats on the new store!
