I can not rate this supplier highly enough! Not only was my order packaged beautifully, the quality of the items I did order exceeded my expectations! I ordered a specific lot of items and it became my best seller in just two day's. My customer's absolutely adored them. Postage was so fast, the customer service Amy provides is paramount each and every time! She puts in so much hard work to bring us the best quality crafting blanks, and xo is one of my most favourite small Australian businesses. Definitely check out her website! You will not regret it! Amy and her husband are always so lovely and welcoming in their shop. Definitely a go-to for crafters in Brisbane area if you want to shop in person. Love the option to browse and see the items in person and also have the convenience to order online if needed.

I highly recommend XO Craft! Their product range is impressive however their customer service sets them apart from other similar businesses. It is amazing! Quick responses, fast order processing and turn around. The owner is very professional and accommodating in regards to my requests and she goes the extra mile to look after her customers. On one occasion she personally delivered my order to my house because she was going to be in my area! I no longer purchase from anywhere else.
