Sunglass hut Bunbury forum. Walked in to buy sunnies, looked around trying some on for over half an hour while the sales girl stood with her friend having a personal conversation that was quiet loud and made me feel uncomfortable! After half an hour with not even as much as a hello can I help, I walked out and purchased elsewhere!!! Terrible customer service!!!

Our sunglass hut brand of sunglasses we bought was replaced as it had faded and looked like a parasite had taken over the lenses. We approached our original place of purchase in Myers in Perth and were re-directed to sunglass hut in Bunbury, where we live. The lady there was very kind, honoured their word, and replaced the product. We were thrilled.
