Janelle, Robyn and the wider team at Greenwood Officer are nothing short of A-M-A-Z-I-N-G they have always gone above and beyond to help out with any queries and their support and open communication is extremely appreciated by me and my family.The rooms are spacious and the outdoor area is just divine - plenty of room for kiddies to run around and activities to explore.My daughter absolutely loves it here and my husband and I equally love recieving the daily updates and photographs of her early learning journey.Thankyou for creating such a welcoming space.

Greenwood Officer has offered our two boys everything we could want and ask for in a childcare centre. I struggle to put into words my true appreciation for Janelle, Robyn and all the staff at Greenwood. They are so approachable and helpful and they have shown real care and kindness to our whole family. They not only looked after my food allergy son, but were always inclusive of him in everything, something other centres struggle to do. The equipment, rooms and yard are great quality and updated often and the educators are always planning fun learning experiences for the kids. The caring culture at Greenwood Officer is amazing and I cannot recommend Greenwood Officer more highly.

Since our boys have arrived at Greenwood there has been nothing but good things to report about the wonderful staff at Greenwood. Having our anaphylactic child be at a previous child care centre where they were given dairy. It was a real fear to start our children at a new centre.The staff at Greenwood have been exemplary. All staff know our boys names no matter how new they are. We are always greeted as we enter. Our kids have always been taken care of and treated well. It has been a great learning environment & I could not recommend Greenwood highly enough. Thank you Greenwood for being a sfae & fun space for our kids.

We have two daughters at Greenwood Officer. We all love the educators and the centre. The support from the centre has been great for our kids and are LGBT+ friendly. We love the open outdoor area that allows the girls to play together. Best decision we made coming here

We were instantly impressed by the personal care shown by Robyn and Jannelle. We had been at other centres and the difference these ladies had made consistently over a number of years has meant our boy has thrived with endless opportunities to learn and develop. They select excellent staff who are well trained and love being around children. Its that kind of caring culture that Janelle and Robyn have maintained so that the centre is a model for others to aspire to.

I can not recommend Greenwood highly enough.My son had been going here since he was 1yr old and is now 5 and about to head off to primary school.Greenwoods' learning program is flexible/diverse and adapts to each student's needs. The staff and management are always support resources for parents and children.They have just an amazing atmosphere when you enter the front room.I will always treasure the time my son has spent there, and it will be sad to leave when my son has to move to John Henry primary school.

The best decision we ever made was to move our children to Greenwood Officer. The shared play area is fantastic and we take so much comfort in knowing that our girls can play together during the day, despite being in different age rooms. It really is such a happy and warm environment. The staff are amazing, nothing has ever been too much trouble and the level of care shown to individually get to know our children on a deep and personal level is something that we appreciate and value so much. We leave our children each day knowing that they are in the very best of hands and receive the very best of care. Each day our daughters ask us if they can return tomorrow. We couldn't recommend more highly.

The wonderful staff at Greenwood Officer are kind, caring and very supportive. From their excellent room and outdoor facilities to the great menu on offer everything is covered. Our kids love going to daycare here and each day we’re provided with updates and photos of their educational/play journey. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Recently moving to Officer, the decision to change our little ones daycare was a tough one. We loved the previous care she had but travel made it impractical. Moving to Greenwood was daunting, but the team have put our worries at ease and welcomed us enthusiastically. Everyday my little one comes home raving about the time she has had, the activities she has engaged in and even when she has said she missed Mummy, she follows it by saying that she had someone cuddle and comfort her and felt better. We are so glad to be part of the Greenwood family and would highly recommend them to anyone!
