I dropped into the store a few weeks back to have a chat about buying a new machine. Carol was so incredibly helpful in talking me through what was available.When I called to order on the Wednesday they were amazing! Arranged for a courier to deliver to my door 2 days later when I could arrange to be home to receive it, it then arrived at 903am. Thank you so much, I am loving my new machine.

We just bought a new "power lead for my wife's sewing machine from this store. We paid $28 ( a price he picked from the top of his head)for it and at the time I thought was expensive. On leaving and driving down the road we notice it was second hand and had scratches and food on the plug end. Needless to say we will never return to this ripoff merchant."

I bought my beautiful Juki sewing machine here last December 2018. I needed a little follow up care following a misshap with my machine. The crew at Sewing Machine City went above and beyond to help me out. They also took the time with me to ensure I wouldn't have any future issues. They were warm, welcoming. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy.

I bought my JUKI sewing machine from your company, first making sure that I could get local service from you in Sydney. (A sales guy told me that there was a local retailer who could give me service but that turned out not to be the case.Recently I needed a service and called/emailed (spoke to Ken) and he promised me to respond back to me but have heard nothing in a week.)At the outset, having paid full price for a new machine, surprisingly my first machine turned out to be a second hand /used one, then after 3 months of use of the replacement, I had a foot pedal problem which cost me $20 to post back to them.I am feeling unhappy. Selling a product with misleading information, then to give no service after that is not a very honest or kind service to provide. I strongly recommend others to look elsewhere for your precious purchase.You won’t hear from me anymore, I found more helpful people in NSW. I should’ve bought locally from the beginning, I am now regretting my initial dealings with your company.

Called this establishment yesterday to find out if they were fixing sewing machines yet (beginning of the year) was told yes and they had a big back log. i was then asked when did I want it fixed? I said ASAP he laughed and said I don't think so and yeah everyone wants their machine fixed or serviced now. I usually don't expect my machine to be fixed straight away and I don't expect to be talked to like that as i'm some joke .By the way I did buy my machine from them, but I won't be going there again.

For sewing machine service I have always found them friendly, very helpful and thorough. If you want a quick turnaround possibly this is not the right place for you.if you are looking for a new machine they are very attentive and find out what you need. no pressure selling. Highly recommended.

I have bought an embroidery machine from this shop and also had my sewing machine serviced here. Staff are friendly and helpful. The quality of the servicing is excellent, however I do not recommend dropping your machine off at peak times, for example at the end of the year. Staff are busy and could take 8-10 weeks to get to servicing your machine.

Brought a Juki overlocker which is a fantastic machine and can’t believe I went without an overlocker for so long. Today I went back for my free lesson with Suzanne and felt so incredibly welcomed. Suzanne took great care in making sure I understood her demonstration of my new machine and she taught me things I didn’t know. The whole time I felt like I was sitting with an old friend who genuinely cared that I understood the machines functions and uses. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and a great product. I highly recommend your store to anyone without hesitation and special thanks to Suzanne. By far the best service I’ve had anywhere in such a long time that it has really stood out

Very satisfying. I've bought a coverstitch. It has been delivered in 3 days (to Queensland). I've had a nice guy on the phone before my purchase, he has responded to my email in less than an hour.

They serviced/repaired my old Bernina sewing machine. I paid $300 for it, and they gave me 3 months warranty. A few weeks later I found a problem with its button hole function so I sent it back. I thought it would be repaired within the warranty but I was wrong. They said the button hole function was not included in the general service. They charged me additional $80 for it.
