If I could give 0 I would. My appointment has been cancelled because I didn't follow the steps after I confirmed my appointment. Like how many texts do you have to send me from a different numbers and how many times I have to respond?. Tbh I didn't read any text after I texted back to confirmed. I'm just a busy mum. Then I read the text this morning that they cancelled my appointment so I called. Chloe was unprofessional and handle the situation poorly. I was listening to her talk explaining the policy what not. But she won't listen to me back as I was trying to give feedback on how I feel about the whole process. Even after telling her that she's not listening, she kept talking over me and tell me we are running a business here

I have been doing the 6 week challengeI have to say the salon is so fresh and cleanThe salon chairs are comfyMassage chairs at the basinIt’s one stop I look forward toThe 6 week challenge has not only educated me more as a busy mum but also a all round shopper on quality products and how to use them I feel like every salon should be teaching us maintenance and what’s best for our hair types this salon done it for me and I’m still going strong I have never seen my hair so full of volume and curl and colour stands out so nice and it’s only my 3rd visitHighly recommend doing the 6 week challengeThey are so lovely here...next to vegan bakery

Recently had my hair done at the hair collective for the first time and I am extremely impressed. My hair is amazing and the staff are so lovely especially Chloe who made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you for being the best, I can’t wait to come back
