Our purchase experience with Belle Property Hunter Valley was not a good one. We continually struggled to get the agent to communicate with us, regularly making promises she could never keep - we started expecting it in the end. Regularly said would call us back at a certain time and we wouldn't hear from her for 24-48hrs - some of the time I think this is because she hadn't heard word from whoever she was trying to hear from (vendor for example) but the professional and polite thing to do would be to just apologise and explain that. I have honestly never been treated so poorly by a professional. We had a difficult vendor - in the end we were due to settle on a house that didn't have a massive (safety) feature it was advertised as having which the agent did jump to our defence to try to work out and we were offered a level of compensation in the end which we were grateful for. Having said that we can't get past the poor communication and customer service. We wouldn't reccomend buying through Belle Property HV if possible but we definitely won't be selling with them if we ever wish to sell a property.

Karen was the dream real estate agent to work with! As a first home buyer the whole process can be overwhelming to say the least. Karen was so kind, professional and really understood our needs and helped us secure our dream home. We honestly cannot thank Karen and the team at Belle Property enough for all they have done for us. From the bottom of our hearts we are forever grateful for everything she did.

The only selling that took place here by Karen was her selling us on how good she was, despite us questioning it she maintained she could attain a million dollars, it ended up selling for $200k less than that through another agent, the only urgency shown was at the end of the agreement, this agent cost us money and time through a lack of experience and work ethic, not a good experience at all.

On meeting Karen Gudelj she was professional with a happy disposition. I felt like I had known her for years. Karen not only got a higher price for my type of home in this area but she managed to get me an extra $41,000.00 than I was expecting! A totally friendly, professional team.
