Lovely, friendly, professional staff.

I have found this nursing home to have the most important ingredient, kind and friendly careers, nurses and staff, in a peaceful environment. It is bright, warm and clean and does not smell like a nursing home. They manage all health problems presented to them, and provides suitable food for all conditions. Visiting is free and the building secure, my family and friends are very impressed.

Don (Dad) lived At Narraweena Grove Care Community for the final six months of his life. The staff treated Dad very well. Geoff the manager has a very caring attitude and I recall him thanking the family for placing Dad in their care. This caring spirit continued right through the six months Dad was with you. We also liked how the care community showed a genuine willingness to personalise things e.g., Ensuring Dad had his banana cooked into his porridge.After Dad died, Jenni and I (Peter) had a meeting with Geoff, Gargi and Marilyn. We all reminisced about Dad. Then five nurses who cared for Dad came into the meeting room and shared their fond memories of Dad. He would have been very happy about this! I know Gargi had a soft spot for Dad and he did for her too. I could see Gargi had a kindhearted way of talking to Dad. Thank-you Marilyn for keeping an eye on Dad’s health and modifying his support especially as his health declined in the last couple of months of Dad’s life. Whenever we would talk to you about Dad, it was very obvious that you cared about his wellbeing. We would also like to thank Dr Hart for her wonderful medical care and always being available to advise the nursing home on Dad’s care.As a family we felt very fortunate that Dad lived in such a caring community. As a family we felt like we were building up good relationships with many of the staff and it is a shame that we will no longer have that regular contact.

There is always a blonde lady smoking at the kids playgroup next door. I was at the park with my daughter for an hour and she came out 3 times! She should be doing her job and not puffing poison on toddlers.

Terrific caring staff to look after mum. There is nothing they wouldn't do to make her stay a happy one.

Such a wonderful little place, bright, activities for those who do it, that chef they have there is worth his weight in gold, the staff are all very caring, management are great, they get into it also. My husband went into the facility for a very short time before passing away on 5th Jan 2018, the dignity they gave to him was absolutely the best. Highly recommend this facility hidden away along side the Beverley Job sports Park
