The vets here are great. Every experience we've had with any of the vets from either the Drouin or Warragul clinic has been really good. They all really listen. We always feel like we get the opportunity to say what we need to say and speak for our pets. We always feel heard and understood. They take a lot of care in looking after our pets

I have been seeing vets at your clinic for a while now and I wouldn't go anywhere else, the whole team makes myself and homer feel welcome and I can leave homer there feeling confident he is in safe hands. I always worry about homer and I am always comfortable leaving him with the staff at west Gippsland vet clinic! I love how much knowledge all the staff have and the customer service is impeccable!

Excellent care, we would recommend to anyone ! The vets are very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We had to put one of our dogs down very suddenly a cpl mths ago and the team were so caring and compassionate throughout the experience. Our other dog also had a major emergency surgery here recently, and again the whole team went out of their way to provide the best care for her even though it was a public holiday weekend. Thanks again everyone !

Whole team provides excellent service, from booking an appointment to settling the account. I always feel listened to about my concerns and I love the way all the staff treat my dog! (Who is extremely bouncy!! )They are always kind, patient and affectionate towards him. Every vet I have seen at this practice has been amazing, I always feel like they have nothing but my dogs best interests at heart. Would not take my dog anywhere else now.

Overall, I've had a very positive experience with most of the vets at the Warragul Clinic and have seen 6 or 7 so feel that's a decent sample size. All have taken the time to explain in detail, provide recommendations and given me the respect and time to make informed decisions to provide the best care to my dogs. I've really appreciated their open-minded approach to vet care, nutrition and vaccine/worming/tick protection protocols and continual learning to provide the most up-to-date information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.Vet care isn't cheap, but I feel respected and not rushed through my appointments which is appreciated.

From the receptionist to the vet, your team has always been eager to help, professional, compassionate and experienced. I attend the Warragul premises with my dogs and I always feel like they are getting the best care. How you handled the end of life of my 13 year old dog (16 months ago) was exemplary. I have a new puppy now, you've seen him once so far for his vaccinations and I'm confident that you'll look after him as well as my last companion.
