Do not use this company.I accepted bulb replacement offered under Vic govt scheme. Technician installed two lights. Both lights now have problems. one sensor is on 24 hours a day. Impossible to switch off. Second light sensor no longer works.I’ve called numerous times, lodged several complaints. This issue has been on going for over two weeks. Imagine the energy wasted with light on 24 hours a day, not to mention my power bill.My complaints have ignored. Very frustrating.

WARNING: THIS COMPANY IS INVOLVED WITH A “SCAM”Last week 28/4/21 l received a brochure in the mail, advertising free residential house light globes, a Government Initiative from a Company called “ TELUS”, l rang them and booked them to come and install the lights today 7/5/21. Then on Monday l received a call, saying they were coming 3 days early tomorrow on 4//5/21, l confirmed with them, they were from “TELUS” and they said yes !!!. A guy turned up on 4/5/21, l ask if he is from “TELUS”, he says no, he is from a Company called “PHENIX LED SAVES”, but l assume he a sub-contractor, he turned up in a normal sedan car and wasn’t dressed like a electrician, which l thought was strange, but l let him go ahead and he changed all the globes.Then TODAY 7/5/21 THE DAY OF THE ORIGINAL BOOKING the REAL GUY FROM “TELUS” ( he has company name on shirt and separate ID), turns up to CHANGE OVER ALL THE GLOBES, BUT THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN DONE !!!.He said that this sort of thing is going on, the INDIAN CALL CENTRE knows who they have rang and obviously some sort of SCAM IS GOING ON, that if they ring you and you say, that someone is coming later in the week, they say they are from the same company and are coming earlier, to get the COMMISSION INSTEAD OF THE RIGHTFUL COMPANY !!!.Additional Comment resulting from Owner of Company Involved in SCAM, “PHENIX LED SAVES” of 45 Terra Cotta Drive, Nunawading, Victoria, Australia 3131 Ph 90699179. The point is owner your dealing with people in your business that are OPERATING A SCAM, if you have NO PRINCIPLES, YOURSELF, THEN I DO. A got a phone call from your receptionist today and she also said, what’s the problem. The problem is your dealing with people who are criminals, SCAMMING PEOPLE, whether your sub-contractors or whatever, YOU NEED TO SACK THEM, OR I AM GOING TO THE “POLICE” and VICTORIA’S CONSUMER PROTECTION TO REMOVE YOU FROM “THE FREE LED GLOBE PROGRAMME !!!.

This company has been calling my business for the last week 2 or 3 times a day from all different phone numbers. I have asked several times for them to remove my number. The lady that just rang assured me that if I just told her if we have LED light installed she wont call. I told her it's none of her business. Please stop calling me.I've just left a complaint with the do not call register so hopefully they stop harassing me.

BE CAREFUL, MOST LIKELY SCAMMERS, ATTEMPTED BREAK INBe very careful when dealing with this business, they are either running some kind of scam or are just dodgy in general.I had a woman knock on my door midday on a Saturday, was trying to book me in to have fan seals installed free of charge. She gave very little information and was quite pushy saying I will send someone around tomorrow for the installation" despite me already telling her I was not the home owner and would have to check with my landlord to see if they we okay with it

If I could leave less than one star I would. I had an appointment over 3 hours ago with this company. Nobody has arrived, called, texted or emailed me. I have telephoned 9 times, leaving 8 messages, & emailed twice. Still no response. This is pathetic.

Booked in for my 'free'energy upgrades (chimney flue and bathroom fan covers) . They rescheduled me twice and said they were coming at 10.50am by 230pm I gave up and went out. Returned home at 3 and the electrician showed up and said he couldnt find the fan cover because my fans were the wrong shape. The promptly left offering no solution after making me wait all day. (As if i have nothing else to do) the Chimney installer failed to show up at all on two separate occasions and after several calls promising a follow up call i had no further communication. Don't waste your time . Go to the Vic gov website and look for recommend installers . Looking at these reviews and having met a staff member i think this company is fake and maybe just trying to access homes for future bugarlies

Pretty disappointed with the customer service received. had processed application for 2 fridges in June. almost September and still haven't received the fridges. Each time I call I get sent around or given a poor excuse. I have even called and been waiting on the line for someone to answer and after 10 minutes on hold I go through to a message back. I had left a number of voice messages, no one ever called me back. pretty disappointed. Question the legitimacy of the business and unsure if I will ever see these fridges...Application was processed and received well and truly before cut off. in NSW and i had received a message saying it was to be delivered on the Monday 25th July, yet never did.

This company contracts its marketing to another company called Trinity marketing which sells Emerald EMS Electricity advisors. Trinity marketing hires university students to do door 2 door sales. There is no hourly rate and the training is poor. The model exploits students by offering to pay them $30 for every sale they make but they do it on their own ABN. The company offers no benefit.
