On the 6th of January 2022 I ordered 3 BLACK handles for my wood heater on line, all did not fit and1 was brown, 1 was shiny black and 1 was dull black at a cost of $122.55I returned them but received no replacement or refund.I had read there Refund Policy" and was 100% entitled to either have a replacement or a refund.RECEIVED NOTHINGDO NOT Purchase from this Company"

I spoke at length with a lady who helped me incredibly on a very old Coonara Heater I needed to get spare parts for. Once I had all my parts and part numbers I was able to place an order with them online and it arrived quickly and packed very securely. I highly recommend this company as they really bend over backwards to serve you…Good old fashioned service that’s almost non existent these days. Great team. Well done! Thanks for your help.

Bought a door plate for a nectre wood heater, just received it and it's nothing like the one shown on their website. Looks like something made in their first metal work class. I want a full refund.

I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Kim with a fireplace that is 30+ years old. We recently purchased a property that was my husbands Nan's home 20 years ago and the family have many memories & old photos with the fireplace in the background. I was doubtful due to its age that it could be repaired and with the little measurements and missing parts, a fair few emails back & fourth and I am so grateful that a solution was found! I cannot express how grateful we are. Best customer service and high recommend these guys!!
