DISAPPOINTINGSuper disappointed. I just went to have a present for a special occasion engraved. Wasn't informed about engraving styles, size of engraving, or anything. Engraving was made by hand, is by far too big for the item, uneven with font size diminishing towards the end. Wasn't asked about the style how I wanted it engraved or size, at all.So now I spent $20 on the engraving. Plus the $40 for the item. Which leaves me with $60 out of pocket for a present that I don't even feel like giving now.I can't even start to express my disappointment.

Great service. The shop keeper came back early from his break to fix my toddlers shoe while I waited.
