Domino’s Pizza Penshurst
My order was never delivered. Called the store and was told that I should check tracker as the delivery is complete. However, the tracker never showed the delivery being completed, it only showed delivery in progress. I tried to provide constructive feedback that Dominos should adopt a similar process as KFC or Amazon delivery, where they will take a photo to evidence where the delivery was placed. However, the store manager spoke over the top of me and was not receptive to my feedback.

We ordered online and pizza was quickly prepared, however the thin daw was not as good as usual.The rest was okay, not the nicest place but alright if you are hungry.

Is every pizza just plain cheese and sauce now? May as well be. The toppings on these mass produced pizzas are very sparse. May as well be eating a cheese and tomato sauce sandwich. Don't get sucked into the specials. They have even less!!!

Had worse experience regarding the online order. Hungry and tired and when I ordered pizza from 4 blocks away(Nelson street) @ 9:45pm the order went through, money gone from card but the food never came. Next day(11th april) on the phone with store manager says your order might be cancelled I can’t do anything, everything is controlled by head office. I didn’t get any email/phone call saying your order is cancelled. I asked him if i can get the same order delivered, but he refused and said i have to wait for refund . I have worked on hospitality industry for long time. In these sort of situations anyone would offer some complementary food or drinks, instead i was not even able to get the food which i paid for the other day.I would like to address this comment to the owner of the store and the store manager/staff who was responsible with my order(10/04/23) 9:51 pm.I saw others reviews as well and looks like the owner is not bothered by unsatisfied customer with their order.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

the staff were very helpful & nice but lost my order in the system and after waiting for 1/2hr they had to put my order thru again. so waiting for a couple simple value pizzas took an hour. hungry kids waiting in the car didn’t help. got home and tho the vegan veg supreme pizza was lovely (for me) the chicken wings (for kids) were still frozen in the middle. really??

Order was meant to arrive approx 7:45, actually arrived 8:15 (after calling them twice). I live 2 streets away...and the app kept saying delivering" for nearly 15min... the beef+onion pizza was inedible (pictured below)

Always disappointed, I have tried it a few times and found the service degrading overtime. Today I ordered and got something else, and worst that they didn't even bother to let me know. Later on checking they mentioned it was out of stock, so ideally they should have not taken the order in the first place. Total disappointment.

Pizza was disappointing, Despite this the service provided by our delivery driver Rajesh was exceptional, his prompt delivery and knowledgeable responses about our order allowed the issue to be resolved in a timely manner.

Despite being on delivery past the stores closing hours, Rajesh from penshurst dominoes showed extreme professionalism in the deliver of my order. It was heart warming to see a friendly smile after a long day at work, his dedication and approach to his work should be highly commended.
